I think once you realize that finding your own happy ending is a long shot, you give up on your own happiness and focus on others. You push aside what makes you happy and try to provide for those in need. It doesn't matter how hard it takes for you to to keep them contented, as long as they're still smiling. You're willing to sacrifice and give everything that's in your capability, even if it means letting go of the only thing that makes you happy. Even if it's walking away and disappearing. Just so the people around you, could meet their happy ending.
